Since its establishment in 2000, PIOLINK has accumulated development technologies related to application networks and has maintained its top spot in the domestic application transmission controller market for years, beating global companies. It has developed network and security products such as web application firewall that boasts the best performance and security in Korea, switches that specialize in internal network security, and backbone and is supporting on-premise to cloud platforms. It also handles a variety of security solutions, including SIEM, Anti-APT, EDR, DLP, SWG, and accommodates customer security requirements.

While investing in security service business as a new business driver since 2015, it has provided remote security control services starting with related companies such as NHN, NHN Korea Cyber Payment, and Bugs. From the beginning of the business, PIOLINK was able to build experience and know-how by taking control of online game, payment, and content service companies that require high security, and secured customer groups such as public, financial, and large companies after obtaining qualifications. It also carries out security measures for various cloud infrastructures such as AWS, NHN TOAST, and KT, especially TOAST Cloud, which operates web firewall solutions and serves security controls together.

In addition, it has become a company that provides integrated security services by obtaining qualifications as a service company specializing in information protection in 2018. Currently, more than 50 consultants are conducting information protection certification consulting such as ISMS-P and ISO27001 to evaluate vulnerabilities in major information and communication infrastructure and electronic financial infrastructure. In particular, ISMS certification consulting is conducted for 20 of 42 higher hospitals subject to certification of the information protection management system, ranking first in performance of ISMS certification consulting in medical field. It is also expanding services such as cloud security consulting and fintech security consulting in line with changes in new IT infrastructure markets.
