Network and security specialist company PIOLINK (CEO: Cho Young-chul) and Zero Trust communication security company PRIBIT TECHNOLOGY (CEO: Kim Young-lang) signed a business agreement on the 5th to collaborate on technical development and overall business cooperation for the implementation of network-centric Zero Trust.

This agreement aims to leverage the network security technologies of both companies to achieve a Zero Trust model that combines physical and logical micro-segmentation. The goal is to provide a network environment that authenticates users, terminals, and other entities accessing the network, dynamically controls access to resources according to the principles of least privilege and governance.

PIOLINK will contribute to the implementation of host-based micro-segmentation using the network security technology of its switches. The TiFRONT security switch, as a fundamental solution in network configuration, analyzes extensive connection data generated by connected clients to further segment the network and enhance visibility. In case of detected anomalies, it selectively blocks only the affected host, ensuring business continuity while minimizing internal security threats.

PRIBIT TECHNOLOGY plans to implement logical micro-segmentation based on data flow using identification elements collected in a physically implemented micro-segmentation environment. By utilizing data flow technology, it becomes possible to identify and set dynamic policies for all communication elements such as users, terminals, software, and IP addresses, enabling more intuitive and precise control in real-time.
