On the 9th, PIOLINK(KOSDAQ 170790) announced its plans to strengthen its security business in Japan by implementing the network-based Zero Trust model.

PIOLINK will link Checkpoint Software Technologies' next-generation firewall with its TiFRONT cloud integrated management system as part of this strategic move. In addition to this collaboration, PIOLINK has established a close business partnership with Checkpoint Japan and Sun Digital System.

The TiFRONT cloud security solution, empowered by the Zero Trust model in the network domain, provides robust protection by blocking threats at multiple levels and from various angles, leveraging switches, access points (APs), and firewalls, which are the core components of network infrastructure.

The described system emphasizes monitoring and controlling multiple sites from a single screen, focusing on checking terminal connections and states at the boundary between the internal network, which suffers from management absence and security blind spots, and the external network, a critical attack vector. This system provides real-time detection and blocking of attack traffic, data analysis, visibility, and enables efficient monitoring and management.

PIOLINK has launched an integrated security solution that combines Checkpoint's next-generation firewall series, known as 'Quantum Spark', with the TiFRONT management system. With this integration, PIOLINK's security switches and access points (APs) can be effectively monitored alongside Checkpoint's firewall, enabling simultaneous blocking of attack traffic from both internal and external sources, including wireless channels. This comprehensive approach of a unified security solution not only enhances security measures but also improves management convenience for users.

The integrated security solution is scheduled to be available in the Japanese market from October through Sun Digital System's sales network and Checkpoint's partners.
