PIOLINK participated and held an event in Sejong City for two days from May 11 (Thursday) to May 12 (Friday).

"HackTheon 2023 Sejong" concluded successfully.

HackTheon 2023 Sejong featured an international college student cybersecurity competition and international conferences on new technologies for smart cities, AI, autonomous driving, and security. The event also included corporate technology (product) exhibitions and job fairs.

 

 

  

The 2023 HackTheon Sejong was organized with various components, including lectures by the winners of the international hacking competition, homomorphic defense technology, artificial intelligence (AI) security control, and CHAT GPT. The lectures delivered by top experts from both domestic and international backgrounds were highly popular. 

 

Additionally, a cybersecurity competition with a total prize pool of 65 million won was held. The winning team was granted the privilege of advancing to the finals of the 2023 Cyber Attack Defense Competition, which will take place at the National Intelligence Service in July.

 

 

 

The 2023 HackTheon Sejong encompassed preliminary and final rounds, corporate technology (product) exhibitions, lectures, and more. Approximately 3,000 individuals were estimated to have participated.

 

 

Following last year's participation, PIOLINK took part in HackTheon Sejong once again this year. The company assigned specialized staff to provide detailed explanations and distribute prizes to college students interested in cybersecurity, including infringement response, consulting, and security solution development.

 

 

PIOLINK will continue to organize various exhibitions and conferences, aiming to engage with a broader audience.
