From physical security to information security !

eGISEC 2022 was held in IIsan KINTEX on 20-22 April.

As a specialized security exhibition, it provided an opportunity to meet the latest security trends and technologies all in one place.

PIOLINK participated in the eGISEC 2022 as a joint booth with IGLOO Corporation and codemind.  

Since the booth was located in the right front of the Hall 4, people could easily find it even without the help of the site map. 

Just like proving people's keen interest in security, from the first day the exhibition was crowded with many people. 

As eGISEC is the biggest security exhibition in Asia, PIOLINK introduced its main security items :

'TiFRONT security switch' and 'WEBFRONT-K Web Application Firewall'.

◆ Home Network Security & TiFRONT Cloud Security Switch

With current home network security becoming a serious security issue, 

TiFRONT Cloud Security Switch gained a lot of interest and attention. 

TiFRONT, as Security Switch, provides the solution for lots of home network security matters : 

Not only by providing intergenerational network seperation, 

the essential requirement of home network security, but also by blocking a variety of threats generating from home network.

◆ API Security

Secondly, as for API security, it has always been a topic of high interest since the implementation of Mydata.

So, in the session speech, Ji-hyun Kim, head of Web Application Firewall department, gave a speech on

'WEB+API security :  WEBFRONT-K Web Application Firewall'.

It attracted the attention of audiences by introducing the current API security trend

and the countermeasures against API vulnerabilities.

The booth speech received positive response;  

many visitors came to the booth to hear the speech and many who couldn't find the seats even chose to stand for 20 minutes.

Three days of exhibition was 'short but intense' !
