PIOLINK participated in the 2026 Korea–Indonesia Cybersecurity Partnership in the AI Era — CommSec Day, held on June 3, 2026, at the Gala Rooftop Hall, Sutasoma Hotel Jakarta.

Hosted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) and the Indonesia Telematics Society (MASTEL), and supported by Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT, the event brought together over 120 cybersecurity leaders, government officials, and industry experts from both nations under the theme "Building a Trusted Digital Future Together." The program comprised B2G/B2B business consultations in the morning and a cybersecurity seminar in the afternoon.
 

Indonesia's Cyber Threat Landscape
Indonesia is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing digital economies, with a digital economy valued at over USD 77 billion. Yet this rapid growth has significantly expanded the nation's attack surface.

• National Data Center (PDN) — Lockbit 3.0 Ransomware Attack (June 2024) — USD 8M in losses; immigration and key public services halted
  
• BKN Data Leak (August 2024) — 4.7M+ citizen records and sensitive data exposed
  
• Indodax Cryptocurrency Exchange Hack (September 2024) — USD 22M in cryptocurrency stolen; backup data compromised
  
• BSI Ransomware Attack (2023) — State-owned bank services disrupted for several days

These incidents share a common pattern: slow detection, failure to contain lateral spread, and no automated response. Perimeter defense alone is no longer sufficient. Further compounding this, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law No. 27/2022), fully enforced since October 2024, has made automated, real-time protection a legal imperative.
