EventLet’s Share the Happiness with Kimchi for Our Neighbors

PIOLINK had an event of making kimchi with Geumcheon Welfare Center for the Disabled on November 21. As it is located in Geumcheon-gu, PIOLINK has donated and participated in various events with the welfare center for 11 years to help the people in the district.
This event focused on preparing kimchi (pickled cabbage and other vegetables) for the neighbors who cannot prepare or buy it for the winter. With the workers from the welfare center and other volunteers, President Cho, executives, and employees prepared more than 100 boxes of kimchi. They distributed and delivered these boxes of kimchi to the low-income families and handicapped people.
For the less fortunate, PIOLINK has participated in various donations such as preparing the “Box of the Hope” — which includes rice, kimchi, and other food and stuff — and voluntary events such as going to baseball games with orphans and going on picnics with the disabled people in autumn.
